Dadu: How many fingers can you see? (holding up 2)
Po: 2!
Dadu: You don’t need specs then.
Po: Why?
Dadu: If you did you would have said something else.
Po: 6!
Dadu: Too late!

He has his ways of conveying the "gravity" of his demands.
His statements go like: I "need" to paint. I "need" to play with Aunty.
Whoever said Man only needs food, shelter and clothes :)
